Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society
HIAS Pennsylvania supports low-income immigrants of all backgrounds as they build new lives in our community with legal and social services, advocating for their rights and inclusion in American society.
Arlington Community Outreach Program

Afghan Women’s Group
This Zoom group, hosted by ECDC, offers a chance to connect with others, make friends and receive support during the resettlement process. It also provides tips for Afghan women on adjusting to life in the United States.

IROC is a non-profit supporting immigrants and refugees by offering education, outreach, and community-based assistance. Their mission is to empower these individuals with the tools they need to build a successful future in the U.S.
PA Immigrant & Refugee Women’s Network
PAIRWN empowers immigrant and refugee women in Harrisburg through fostering respect and friendship among diverse groups including assistance for women affected by domestic violence.
USCRI Detroit
Since 2007, USCRI Dearborn has assisted refugees from various countries with housing, cultural orientation, school enrollment, health appointments, and employment. They maintain strong ties with refugees and local community partners.
Michigan Dept of Health & Human Services
The Refugee Assistance Program offers federally funded cash and medical aid to help refugees become self-sufficient. It also provides employment support, health screenings, and foster care for unaccompanied minors.
Catholic Charities Community Services
Supporting refugees and vulnerable immigrants fleeing violence, they provide case management, training, and job development. They also assist with navigating systems, overcoming cultural challenges, learning English, and settling into a new home.
La Clínica del Pueblo
Since 1983, La Clínica del Pueblo has provided comprehensive primary care, mental health and substance use treatment, language access, and community health services. They advocate for health equity and inclusion for Latino immigrants.

The Citizenship Project offers free in-person and online six-week civics test prep classes for green card holders, covering USCIS test questions and improving English skills, with a 98% success rate.
Brooklyn Public Library logo
Brooklyn Public Library
BPL offers citizenship classes, prep groups, and resources for those preparing for the U.S. Citizenship interview and test. Classes are taught by experienced instructors and help improve English, prepare for the interview, and review civics topics.
Make the Road New York
Make The Road New York
Make the Road New York provides free adult education classes, including English language, citizenship preparation, and health job training. Classes are available in-person, remote, and hybrid formats.
The U.S. Citizenship Foundation logo

USCF offers free online citizenship classes on Zoom, helping green card holders prepare for their N-400 interview with trained teachers. Classes are flexible and accessible from home via phone or computer, with no cost involved.
